We caught the tail end of a swell from Hawaii that coincided with our awesome "winter" weather in the high 70s- 80s. It felt like we were in Hawaii! We took the kids to OB to enjoy the waves and sun while they played in the sand.
I am a sucker for a sunset and love them all but this was particularly beautiful one.
We walked on the rocks as the sun was setting which made it feel like we were in the middle of the water.
After the beach we tried to get Phil's BBQ ( I still have NEVER been) but it was closed so we went out for sushi. The kids were champs. They love the miso soup and edamame and learned how to use chopsticks (with helpers) to eat their fair share of sushi.
