Gone Fishing

After walking around the lake, Matt thought it would be a good idea to go fishing and the next day we had fishing poles bait and were on a boat to catch fish..and let them go.

They were super into the worms!

A little father-son fishing bonding:)  Matt told them this fishing was supposed to be a relaxing day...haha.  Nothing is relaxing with a 3 & 4 year old!

Abby finally had to touch the worms...yuck!

I learned how to use the panorama feature on my iPhone camera...all in a ll a productive day:)

Once the kids gave up on catching fish they were pacified with tootsie pops.

We never caught any fish but had a very lovely day catching lots of "lakeweed" and hanging out together on a tiny boat in the middle of the lake.
