We finally made it to the infamous fair without really knowing how much there would be for the kids. We left the stroller at home and made our way to the kiddie land hoping for the best. It turned out that there were tons of rides that the kids could go on without us and they loved it. 
They got to go on a roller coaster, too!
The fair, like most fairs, is known for its crazy food. Matt stopped at the bacon cart on the way out. They found some bizarre things to do with bacon and Matt opted for the chocolate covered bacon. I was totally against it but for the record it was pretty good.
Zack loved it so much that he begged for "chocolate covered bacon"over and over until he got the last piece and then promptly fell asleep as soon as we left the parking lot. You can see some chocolate on his chin.
