We had a very low key Valentine's day in the Martin household. Matt and I went out for a quick dinner on Thursday (the night before Valentine's day). It was a nice night out and we avoided the crowds and over priced menus. We took the kiddos out for bagels in the morning and they got heart shaped bagels, which they loved.
I made Play Doh Valentines for the kids and they turned out pretty cute. I wanted to send something that wasn't candy since the kids get so much from all the other Valentines. I found these browsing Pinterest and they were super easy- a high priority for me!
My favorite part was coming home and snuggling on the couch with my Valentines for a movie night.
